Stephen Pemberton

Stephen Pemberton has over a decade of experience in various roles within the HVAC industry and military service. Currently serving as HVAC Operations Lead at Elephant Energy since September 2022, Stephen previously held positions at Sensible Heating & Cooling, including Senior HVAC Lead and Comfort Advisor from January 2019 to October 2022. Initial HVAC training was completed as an Apprentice at Sensible Heating and Cooling in 2018. Prior to transitioning to the HVAC sector, Stephen worked in claims for American Family Insurance and served as a recruiter for the Navy Recruiting Command San Diego and the US Navy, where roles included Naval Special Warfare/Special Operations Scout and Leading Petty Officer. Academically, Stephen holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management.
