Bryan Sponza Cpcu

Bryan Sponza, CPCU has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Bryan started their career in 2002 as an Underwriter at OneBeacon Insurance, where they focused on underwriting small to mid-size commercial package risks and developing agency relations. In 2003, they joined ISO as an Assistant Manager in the Personal Auto department, leading a team responsible for the development and maintenance of ISO's Personal Auto Rating Plans and Manuals. Bryan played key roles in the development of innovative rating plans and predictive models. In 2012, they worked as a State Manager at ACE Private Risk Services before joining Elephant Insurance in 2013. At Elephant Insurance, Bryan served as the New Product Development and Compliance Manager and later became the Head of Governance.

Bryan Sponza, CPCU, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The Catholic University of America, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have obtained several certifications in the field of insurance. These include the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter certification, which they achieved in April 2007. Bryan also holds the Associate in Management certification, obtained in February 2008, and the Associate in Reinsurance certification, obtained in March 2008. Furthermore, Bryan obtained the Associate in Claims certification in December 2009 and the Associate in Risk Management certification in September 2011, all from the Insurance Institute of America.
