Tammy Turek-Etienne is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Elephas since January 2023, Turek-Etienne previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at Exact Sciences from August 2014 until retirement in September 2022. Prior roles include Senior Director of Operations at Thermo Fisher Scientific and various leadership positions at Life Technologies, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and manufacturing services. Turek-Etienne began their career as an Associate Principal Scientist at Schering-Plough Research Institute and also gained experience at Merck & Co. Additionally, Turek-Etienne holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Minnesota and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
