Davide Spreafico

Davide Spreafico serves as the R&D unit manager and projects coordinator senior head at ELESA S.p.A. since December 2012, overseeing the management of R&D projects, including product design, timeline coordination, and priority setting. Responsibilities encompass the entire product development cycle, from conceptualization to market readiness, including economic and technical feasibility analyses, aesthetic and ergonomic assessments through prototyping, creation of 3D models, mechanical validation testing, and quality control parameter definitions. Prior to ELESA, Davide worked as the head of the technical and commercial office for non-destructive testing at Gilardoni SpA and gained experience as an intern at AgustaWestland. Davide holds a specialist degree in aeronautical engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a clarinet diploma from the Conservatorio di musica di Brescia.
