Amy Gandhi, JD, MBA, currently serves as the Staff Vice President of Medicaid Compliance at Elevance Health, where leadership in healthcare compliance has led to significant improvements across the East Region's 16 health plans by managing a team of 65 associates. As Managing Partner at ATG Consulting, LLC, and previously as Managing Director at Evolent Health, Amy oversaw substantial financial responsibilities and contributed to the establishment of a $35 million payment integrity business. Amy's extensive experience includes senior roles in compliance and regulatory affairs at both Inova Health System and Amerigroup, where compliance strategies and frameworks were developed to support Medicaid managed care and integration processes. Amy holds a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law, an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business, a BA in Political Science from Rutgers University, and a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Corporate Compliance from The George Washington University.
