Annie Messmer-Kurdziel

Annie Messmer-Kurdziel is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product strategy and performance, currently serving as Vice President at Elevance Health since January 2022, after holding roles as Chief Performance Officer and Head of Medicare Strategy. Prior to Elevance Health, Annie worked at McKinsey & Company from September 2017 to February 2022, rising to the position of Associate Partner. Annie's earlier career included leadership roles at Building Excellent Schools as Director of Talent and Recruitment, and serving as Executive Director for the Honduras Education and Leadership Project. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Philosophy, Magna Cum Laude, from Boston College, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
