Jennifer Jarrell

Jennifer Jarrell is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in Medicare and government health programs. Currently serving as Vice President of Medicare Star Performance and Member Experience at Elevance Health, Jennifer leads the National Star Team, focusing on Medicare Stars strategy and performance management. Previous roles include Vice President of Government Health Benefits Performance Excellence and Vice President of Medicare Operations, where Jennifer emphasized member experience, operational excellence, and customer service improvement. Prior to Elevance Health, Jennifer held key positions at Anthem, Inc. and Amerigroup, including Director of Medicaid Operations and Chief Operating Officer of Amerigroup DC. An alumnus of James Madison University, Jennifer furthered education at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and Western Governors University, obtaining an MBA in Healthcare.
