Jessica Wilson has a diverse background in human resources and data management. Currently serving as Manager of HR Operations and HR Solutions Lead at Elevance Health since April 2022, Jessica previously worked at Whirlpool Corporation from September 2014 to April 2022, where roles included Senior Specialist in Data Management and Data Management Specialist, alongside a transition to HR from a customer service role in 2016. Jessica began a career in customer relations with KitchenAid small appliances as a temporary agent in 2014, where rapid advancement followed due to strong work ethic and adaptability. Jessica holds a high school diploma from Bloomingdale High School, earned in 2006.
