Joshua Ardise

Joshua Ardise, MD, MPH, serves as the Vice President and Chief Medical Officer at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since April 2024, following a notable tenure as Regional Vice President at Elevance Health and Anthem, Inc. since June 2019. Joshua has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at The College of New Jersey since December 2018. Previous roles include Executive Medical Director at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and Medical Director at Lighthouse Guild - GuildNet, where oversight and quality assurance were key responsibilities. Joshua's clinical experience includes attending physician positions in various emergency departments including Hunterdon Medical Center and Saint Peter's University Hospital Medical Center. Academically, Joshua obtained a BA in Natural Sciences with a focus on Public Health from The Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Public Health from Stony Brook University.
