Olivia Shabash

Olivia Shabash, MPH, currently serves as the Strategy & Program Development Director at Elevance Health since July 2023. Previously, Olivia worked at Clover Health as a Program Manager, where oversight of strategic initiatives and the launch of telehealth partnerships were key responsibilities. At Aetna, a CVS Health Company, Olivia held the position of Strategic Program Manager, focusing on member experience programs for Joint Venture health plans. Earlier experience includes a role as Teaching Assistant at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, as well as positions at Optum, managing proposals and analyzing eligibility processes. Olivia holds a Master of Public Health degree in Population & Family Health from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Rutgers University.
