Patricia Cabrera

Patricia (Tish) Cabrera is an experienced compliance professional with over two decades in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Compliance Director for Policy & Strategic Initiatives at Elevance Health since June 2022, Cabrera previously held similar roles at Anthem, Inc., overseeing risk adjustment compliance programs and audits, and managing regulatory compliance initiatives. With prior experience as a Principal at PLC Benefit Plan Consulting Services, LLC, and roles in marketing compliance at Bravo Health, Cabrera has a strong background in benefit plan materials and CMS requirements. Earlier career positions include Executive Director of Compliance and Legal at CenBen USA, as well as managing state compliance activities at Central Benefits. Cabrera holds a paralegal degree from Capital University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from The Ohio State University.
