Ron Paler

Ron Paler, M.D. FCAP, serves as the Chief Pathologist and Medical Director at CND Life Sciences since July 2022. With extensive experience in pathology, Ron has held significant roles at the College of American Pathologists (CAP) since January 2014, including membership in the Personalized Health Care Committee and the 15189 Committee, which focus on personalized health care delivery and ISO accreditation processes, respectively. Prior to these roles, Ron worked at Labcorp from April 2001 to March 2022 as Medical Director and Surgical Pathologist in Integrated Oncology, and held positions at PathNet Esoteric Lab Institute and LAC-USC Medical Center, where Ron completed a cytology fellowship and various residencies. Ron holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from the University of Notre Dame.
