Ruchi Jalla

Ruchi Jalla, GPHR, SHRM-SCP is a seasoned leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently, Ruchi serves as the VP and Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Elevance Health and holds positions on the Board of Trustees at The Langley School, including Vice Chair/Treasurer and Chair of the Committee on Trusteeship. Previously, Ruchi was the Vice President and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at BAE Systems, Inc., where strategic DEI initiatives were implemented, significantly enhancing the company's diversity capabilities. Ruchi's career encompasses roles at Arlington County, Sodexo, Altegrity, BlackBerry, and RBC, each contributing to a robust background in establishing DEI programs and leading organizational change. Ruchi holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Western University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management with High Honors from Seneca Polytechnic.
