Russ Danstrom

Russ Danstrom is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in Medicare sales and marketing. Currently serving as Staff Vice President of Medicare Broker Sales at Elevance Health since June 2022, Russ has previously held similar roles at Anthem, Inc. from January 2000 to June 2022. During tenure at Anthem, responsibilities included leading the national sales team for Medicare, overseeing significant revenue operations, and managing comprehensive consumer marketing initiatives, including CRM development and direct advertising campaigns. Russ holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Richmond.
