Samir Bajaj

Samir Bajaj currently serves as the Senior Vice President of International Human Resources at Elevance Health, overseeing global talent and culture initiatives for Carelon Global Solutions across multiple regions. With extensive HR experience across notable companies, Samir has held senior roles at McCormick & Company, Fiserv, and The Coca-Cola Company, where significant contributions included the establishment of the largest offshore IT Development Center and strategic HR support for various global departments. Prior HR leadership roles were undertaken at Levi Strauss & Co., GLOBALFOUNDRIES, and LG Electronics, complemented by consultancy work. Samir holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior Studies from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
