Karen Kaminsky

Karen Kaminsky, CEM, has a background in chemical engineering and energy analysis. Karen has experience in managing sustainability initiatives, conducting energy assessments, and analyzing environmental sustainability of biofuels. Currently, Karen is a Manager of Project Delivery at Elevate, overseeing a team supporting various environmental health and water programs. Prior to this role, Karen worked at Pennrose as a Team Lead in Project Delivery and Utility Manager, focusing on energy and water conservation in multifamily properties. Additionally, Karen has experience as a Senior Energy Analyst at Elevate, conducting energy assessments and identifying energy efficiency upgrades in low-income buildings. During their time at NOVA Chemicals, Karen worked as an EPS Manufacturing Co-op, ensuring quality and safety in the expandable polystyrene department.
