Michael Ihesiaba

Michael Ihesiaba is the Senior Director of Engineering at Elevate, leading a team of engineers and technical professionals on various Energy and Sustainability projects. Prior to Elevate, Michael held roles at ICF as a Senior Manager, Con Edison as an Engineering Manager, Long Island Power Authority as a Program Manager, and National Grid as an Engineer/Program Manager. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and currently pursuing an MBA from Arkansas State University, Michael has extensive experience in energy efficiency programs and project management.
