Richa Khandelwal is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in machine learning and software development. As the Director of Engineering at HubSpot since November 2020, Richa has overseen multiple teams focused on ML-powered sales productivity tools and forecasting software. Prior roles include Director of Engineering for AI/ML, where responsibilities encompassed MLOps and conversation intelligence, and Senior Engineering Manager, leading a team to develop a voice communication product. Richa's experience also includes significant contributions at Superbloom Health Inc, Slack, Nike, Rover Games, and other organizations, specializing in personalization, data visualization, and engineering management.
