Chase Authement, MBA-HCM has extensive work experience in various leadership and administrative roles. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Operations - Texas at Elevate ENT Partners, a role they started in October 2021. Prior to that, Chase worked at Steward Health Care, where they held several positions including Senior Director of Practice Operations, Director of Practice Operations, and Practice Director. Chase was with Steward Health Care from September 2019 to October 2021. Before joining Steward Health Care, Chase worked as a Practice Administrator at The US Oncology Network from October 2016 to September 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Practice Administrator and Department Manager at Complete Healthcare Services, where they were responsible for starting a new department within the Family Practice clinic. Chase began their career in the Marine Corps Recruiting, where they achieved the rank of Sergeant (E5) from January 2007 to September 2012.
