Kelli S. Palmer

Kelli S. Palmer currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Elevate Health Clinics, a position held since April 2023, where focus is on fostering a healing environment for patients with neurologic and psychiatric injuries through personalized care and innovative treatments. Previously, Kelli held the role of Senior Vice President Operations at New Season from August 2016 to January 2022, leading a nationwide group of opiate addiction treatment centers aimed at delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement in recovery techniques. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at Hero Management, overseeing 23 offices; Director of Operations at DentalOne Partners Inc., managing up to 54 dental offices; and various roles at DentalOne including Director of Practice Development and Regional Manager. Kelli began their career as a District Manager at Yes!Less, overseeing operational control of multiple stores. Kelli's educational background includes attending Patricia Stevens College.
