Stephen Stearman

Stephen Stearman is the Founder and Chief Happiness Officer at Elevate Holistics. Stephen has a long history of working in sales and development, with a focus on startups. Stephen was most recently the Development Director at Notley, where they tripled the revenue for Startup Games Denver from year 2 to 3 and doubled the number of participating companies from year 2 to 3. Prior to that, Stephen was a Consultant & Fractional SDR at Sales Craft, LLC, where they worked with seed and venture-funded companies to assess the viability of Sales Development as a growth mechanism and implement team, repeatable process, and outbound programs to drive higher ACV faster in consistent, repeatable ways. Stephen also served as the Fundraising Advisor & Board Member at $tart-up! Kid's Club, where they worked hand in hand with the other board members to create and execute the fund development strategy. Stephen's previous experience also includes roles as the Director of Business Development at ROIKOI and Regional Sales Manager and Business Development Account Executive at Student Loan Genius.

After completing their undergraduate studies at the University of Kentucky, Stephen Stearman earned their MBA from the Acton School of Business with a concentration in entrepreneurship. Stephen also holds certifications in Microsoft Office and Sandler Sales Training.
