Ricardhy Grandoit, SHRM-SCP, is the founder of Elevate Impact, Inc., a management consulting firm focused on helping global leaders improve their people, culture, talent, and social impact initiatives. With extensive experience in HR, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility, and nonprofits, Ricardhy has worked in various leadership roles at organizations like Takeda, Edgework Consulting, IBIS Consulting Group, Major League Baseball, and Northeastern University. Ricardhy holds a Master of Science in Project Management with a Higher Education Concentration, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and a Certificate in Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times.
