John Chambers currently serves as the Strategic Partnerships Director at Elevate K-12, where the mission focuses on transforming education delivery through technology that connects certified teachers with students in interactive classrooms. Prior experience includes roles such as Enterprise Account Executive at Pegasystems, where John contributed to customer engagement and operational excellence, and Enterprise Sales Director at Helpshift, specializing in digital customer service solutions. John also held various sales leadership positions at UserTesting, Ensighten, Domo, Adobe, Pitney Bowes, and Keynote Systems, amassing extensive experience in sales, customer experience, and digital marketing. John holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University.
