Jocelyn Blier

Jocelyn Blier is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as General Counsel at Elevate Renewables, Jocelyn focuses on strategic deployment of battery storage resources at large generation facilities. Prior to this role, Jocelyn was Senior Counsel at Pine Gate Renewables, where responsibilities included negotiating and drafting key transaction documents. Earlier legal experience was gained at Norton Rose Fulbright, where practice emphasized project finance and renewable energy projects. Additional experience includes a role as Honors Law Clerk at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and as an Environmental Paralegal. Jocelyn holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, with additional academic credentials from Harvard University and international certificates from the University of Paris I and Sciences Po.
