Shaan Parmar

Shaan Parmar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2011, they began their career as an Associate Director at NatWest Group, where they worked until 2015. Shaan then joined Nike as an MBA Intern in Finance & Strategy for the Jordan Brand in 2016. In 2017, they moved to Flex and took on the role of Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations as part of the Flex Leadership Development Program. In 2018, they joined StubHub as the Head of Business Strategy & Operations - Sports, a role they held until 2020. Currently, Shaan is working at Elevate, where they have held multiple positions, including Senior Manager, Strategy & Insights from 2020 to 2021, Director, Strategy & Insights from 2021 to 2023, and their current role as Senior Director, GM, International Strategy & Insights.

Shaan Parmar pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) degree in Mathematics with Actuarial Science from the University of Southampton. Following this, Shaan enrolled at the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
