Sohum Maniar has a diverse range of work experience in the sports industry. Sohum started their career as a Customer Acquisition and Market Research Analyst at KheloMore, where they managed lead generation, online reputation management, business development, and customer relationship management. Sohum then worked as a Sports Research Analyst at Reliance Foundation.

In 2020, Sohum joined KinderSports LLP as a Curriculum Developer, where they contributed to the development of sports education programs. Sohum also gained experience as a Live Content Management Intern at Sportz Interactive, assisting in the production of the "Mumbai Indians Live" show.
