Declan Fitzpatrick

Declan is a Consultant within SRI’s ANZ offices specialising in Platforms, Gaming, and Technology growth across the APAC market with a particular focus on the convergence of Technology within traditional markets of Sport, Media, and Entertainment. He has over 5 years of experience leading end-to-end executive search processes across six geographies for both public and private businesses. Declan has led searches through a range of business lifecycles from Seed Funding to ASX50 businesses across a range of roles, and he has a key focus on Go-To-Market functions and People & Culture verticals. He has extensive experience working within Web3 and platform gaming businesses and has a passion for global sporting networks.

Prior to joining SRI, Declan was a key member of the growth team for True Search in Australia, being the first Associate brought into the ANZ market. During this role, Declan specialised in developing the understanding of Private Equity and Venture Capital funds into the Sports-Tech and Entertainment-Tech markets through key avenues such as NFT-based markets and D2C streaming markets. Declan graduated from Sydney University with a Master of International Security and a Bachelor of Arts. He is fluent in French and also speaks Spanish. He is a keen rugby player and supporter of the ACT Brumbies.
