Quintin Plane

Quintin Plane is an experienced professional in the media and entertainment industries, currently serving as Principal at Elevate Talent since February 2022, where the focus is on helping organizations recruit transformational leaders. Prior to this role, Quintin held positions at Lumina Search from September 2017 to February 2022, including Senior Research Consultant and Research Associate, where responsibilities included conducting executive searches and managing marketing efforts. Earlier experience includes serving as a Graduate Mentor at the British Film Institute (BFI) from July 2016 to August 2017, supporting students in research and presentation skills.
