Fouz Abdellatif

Fouz Abdellatif is an Undergraduate Academic Intern at the Center for Middle Eastern Studies at UC Berkeley, where they equip East Oakland high school students with the tools for success in higher education. They also work as a Tutor Fellow at Elevate Tutoring, using a patient teaching style for students in underserved communities. Additionally, they serve as a Patient Care Volunteer at Kaiser Permanente, providing empathetic support to patients. As a Youth Fellow at Urban Strategies Council, they lead outreach events and educate youth about the Oakland General Plan. Previously, as a Researcher at ThinkNeuro, they focused on neurological patterns in pediatric patients. They are currently pursuing a degree at the University of California, Berkeley.
