Kristin Eilenberg serves as Entrepreneur-in-Residence for the Central Indiana region focusing on life sciences, medical device, and digital health. In her role, Kristin coaches and mentors entrepreneurs to help them grow and scale their businesses. Kristin has decades of experience in developing products in highly regulated and complex environments. Kristin founded Lodestone Logic, a life sciences and data analytics consultancy. Lodestone developed business strategies and tactical plans for multinational firms, non-profits, and government agencies. Her prior experience includes manufacturing, clinical research, product development, IT, and commercialization strategies.
