Kathleen Vanderkolk (Kate)

Kathleen Vanderkolk, currently serving as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Counsel at Elevate since May 2014, specializes in ensuring company-wide compliance with state and federal laws in consumer lending. With a background in regulatory law, Kathleen (Kate) has also held positions as a Senior Regulatory Attorney at Think Finance and has worked on developing compliance programs for lenders at Dreher Tomkies Scheiderer LLP. Additionally, Kathleen is a Board Member and Director of Governance at EWL | Empowering Women as Leaders, a non-profit organization supporting non-traditional age women in achieving their highest potential through scholarships, mentoring, and networking. Kathleen (Kate) holds a J.D. from Capital University Law School and a BS in English and Communications from Duquesne University.
