Victoria West

Victoria West possesses extensive experience in human resources and people optimization, currently holding the position of Associate Director, People Optimization and Analytics at ElevateBio, following a role as Senior Manager in the same area. Prior to ElevateBio, Victoria served as a Recruitment Analyst, Onboarding Specialist, and Recruitment Coordinator at Philips. Additional experience includes a full-time internship in the Human Resources Department at Crittenton Women's Union and internships at CommonPlaces e-Solutions, LLC, and HCA Parkland Medical Center.
