Michelle Berg is a seasoned HR strategist and behavioral scientist with extensive experience in human resources across various industries. As the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of Elevated HR Solutions since August 2010, Michelle has successfully provided fractional HR services to small and medium-sized businesses. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Land Development Company, where Michelle contributed to significant organizational growth, and Director of Human Resources at WellPoint Systems Inc., during which Michelle gained international HR experience. Early career highlights include management positions at Graycon Group, Rice Financial Group, and the International Foreign Language Institute.
