Joanne Murphy

Joanne Murphy is the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Elevated Resources. Joanne has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and has been with Elevated Resources for over 10 years.

Murphy started their career in 1993 as the Vice President/Personnel Center Manager at Bank of America. Joanne was with Bank of America for 8 years before moving to Exult in 2001. At Exult, Murphy was the Client Relationship Manager and was with the company for 3 years. In 2004, Murphy joined Hewitt Associates/Multi Process HRO as the Portfolio/Practice Leader Recruiting Service Delivery. Joanne was with Hewitt Associates for 3 years before joining Elevated Resources in 2007.

At Elevated Resources, Murphy is responsible for managing the overall recruiting service delivery and contractual performance for 4 accounts encompassing over 19,000 hires annually through a team of over 230 recruiting professionals. Joanne is also a strategic advisor to account teams, client HR and client business executives on recruiting service delivery.

Joanne Murphy has a degree in General Education from San Jose State University and a certification from Staffing Industry Analysts as a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional. Joanne also has experience working in the field of education, specifically in the area of online education.
