Marissa Martinez

Marissa Martinez is a senior finance director at Elevated Resources. Marissa has over fifteen years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on customer service and management.

Marissa began their career at Downey Savings in November 2005 as a Direct Banking Coordinating Manager. In this role, they were responsible for creating and updating policy and procedure manuals, training materials, and evaluations for staff of 50 representatives and 5 supervisors. Marissa also participated in the annual departmental budgeting process, and was responsible for managing customer concerns and escalating issues to the appropriate departments.

In November 2008, Marissa transitioned to U.S. Bank as a Direct Banking/Call Center Management leader during the conversion of Downey Savings customers and systems to US Bank systems. In this role, they ensured that customers fully understood the conversion process, motivated and managed employees, and maintained daily departmental operations with minimal disruption.

After one year at U.S. Bank, Marissa joined Elevated Resources as a Sr. Director of Finance in May 2009. In this role, they are responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and decision support. Marissa has been instrumental in developing Elevated Resources’ financial planning processes and systems, and has helped the company to achieve its financial goals.

Marissa Martinez works with Bruce Ferguson - Vice President of Operations, Gary Allhusen - Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations, and Nambi Balasubriamanian - Director of Technology. Their manager is Rob Morris, CEO & Founder.
