Joanne L. Smikle

Joanne L. Smikle, PhD, is a seasoned principal consultant at Smikle Training Services, a position held since 1989, where initiatives are developed to address strategic and operational challenges, focusing on sustainable alignment and competent leadership. Currently, Joanne serves on the Board of Trustees at Saybrook University and is an Advisory Board Member for ElevateMed, with prior experience as a faculty member at Saybrook University and an associate professor in the Management and Decision Sciences Doctoral Program at Capitol Technology University. Joanne earned a PhD in Human and Organization Development from Fielding Graduate University between 2012 and 2015.
