Conner McBride

Conner McBride has a strong background in supply chain management and project management. Conner has experience in various roles at Rolls-Royce, including as a supervisor, project manager, engineer, and onsite obsolescence coordinator. During their time at Amsted Graphite Materials LLC, they served as the managing director of supply chain and was responsible for implementing supply chain programs and modernizing plant systems. Currently, they are the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Elevation Capital.

Conner McBride earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition, they have obtained certifications in "Managing Project Stakeholders" from LinkedIn, and "Leading without Formal Authority" from LinkedIn in 2021 and 2022, respectively.
