Michael Cunningham has a diverse range of work experience. Michael started their career in 2010 as an Administrative Assistant at the Salvation Army. After that, they worked as a Computer and CIS Tutor at Pueblo Community College from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, they joined Radial Inc. as a Customer Service Specialist until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they worked at Elevation Connect, first as an ASST. Team Leader and then as a Customer Service Team Lead. Currently, they are a Help Desk Analyst at Converge Technology Solutions Corp. starting from 2023.

Michael Cunningham attended Pueblo Community College from 2016 to 2018, where they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Network Security. Additionally, in April 2018, they obtained certifications in CompTIA ITF+ from CompTIA and CompTIA ITF+ from CompTIA.
