Adam Dawson Mba

Adam Dawson MBA, CPA has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Adam is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Elevation Foods, a position they assumed in January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at the same company as the Vice President Finance from April 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Elevation Foods, Adam worked as the Director of Finance at The Little Potato Company Ltd from January 2016 to September 2021. Adam also has experience as the Director of Finance at Alberta Innovates – Health Solutions from January 2015 to January 2016.

In their earlier career, Adam held managerial positions at Champion Petfoods LP, where they served as the Manager of Financial Reporting and Planning from January 2013 to December 2014 and as the Manager of Production Planning from July 2011 to December 2012. Before that, they worked as a Controller at BBL Design Build Solutions from January 2011 to June 2011.

Adam's career began as a Financial Analyst at Lockheed Martin from April 2009 to January 2011. Throughout their various roles, they have demonstrated their expertise in financial management and strategic planning.

Adam Dawson holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St. Mary's University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Adam completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) with a focus on Accounting and Finance at Memorial University of Newfoundland from 2000 to 2005. Adam also earned the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from CMA Nova Scotia in 2012.
