Samantha Jensen, PHR, SHRM CP has a diverse range of work experience in human resources. Samantha is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Elevation Labs, a position they have held since September 2021. Before that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at One Earth Future Foundation from February 2020 to September 2021. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Manager for the U.S. at Septodont from July 2018 to February 2020. Samantha also held various positions at The Hain Celestial Group, including Regional Director of Human Resources from May 2017 to July 2018 and Senior Human Resources Manager from August 2016 to April 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked at Spectra Logic as an HR Manager from June 2013 to July 2016 and as an HR Generalist & Travel Manager from April 2012 to July 2016. Samantha started their career at Dot Hill Systems as a Human Resources (Benefits) and Travel Manager and later transitioned to the role of Travel Manager, where they worked from February 1998 to April 2012.

Samantha Jensen, PHR, SHRM CP, received their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from United States International University-San Diego, where they studied from 1990 to 1993. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In December 2011, they became a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In October 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM. Most recently, in October 2018, Samantha became a Predictive Index Practitioner, obtaining their certification from The Predictive Index.
