Thomas Stroh

Thomas Stroh, P.E. serves as the Managing Partner of Elevation Land Solutions since August 2016, where leadership focuses on operations and company growth through acquisitions, strategic hires, and partnerships. Additionally, Thomas is a Managing Partner at 1216 Consulting Group, LLC since July 2015. Previously, Thomas held the position of President of Manhard Houston from August 2016 to December 2020, where similar responsibilities for growth and operations were undertaken. Thomas's extensive career includes serving as President and COO, Executive Vice President, Shareholder, and Land Development Practice Leader at Jones|Carter from 1991 to May 2015. Educationally, Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, graduating in 1990.
