Jaya Srivastava, Ph.D.

Jaya Srivastava, Ph.D. has extensive experience in the field of medical affairs and research. Jaya currently holds the position of Senior Director of Medical Affairs Strategy at Elevation Oncology, a role they started in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Medical Science Liaison at Servier Pharmaceuticals from April 2021 to November 2021. From January 2020 to April 2021, Jaya served as a Senior Medical Science Liaison at Agios Pharmaceuticals. Jaya also held the positions of Medical Science Liaison at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. from August 2017 to January 2020 and at ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from January 2016 to August 2017.

Before their industry roles, Jaya gained valuable research experience at various institutions. Jaya was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Texas at Austin's Dell Pediatric Research Institute from June 2012 to December 2015. Prior to that, they served as a Graduate Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the same institute from August 2007 to May 2012. Jaya also worked as a Research Scientist at Boston University from January 2011 to April 2012 and as a Research Technician at Emory University School of Medicine from August 2006 to August 2007.

Jaya Srivastava, Ph.D., completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from The University of Georgia in 2006. Jaya further pursued their studies and obtained another Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Ecology from the same institution in 2006. Afterwards, Jaya Srivastava accomplished their doctoral studies and was awarded a Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry from The University of Texas at Austin in 2012.
