Andrea Goff

Andrea Goff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance, operational management, and community health education. Currently serving as a Consultant at Elevation Talent Group since October 2022, Andrea contributes to a visionary staffing firm founded by Lana and Jim Johnson. Previous roles include managing regulatory processes at Muntech Products Inc, where responsibilities included compliance and communication with various regulatory bodies. During a decade at Medical Staffing Network Healthcare, LLC, Andrea advanced through multiple leadership positions, culminating as Director of System Operations, where oversight of 87 branches and the integration of operational processes was key. Early experience includes community health program management at Rush North Shore Medical Center and leading youth alcohol prevention campaigns in Kansas. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from The University of Kansas.
