Mary Douglass

Mary Douglass has extensive experience in the elevator and escalator industry, currently serving as Field Operations Manager at Elevator Control Service, a division of Elcon Enterprises, Inc., since March 2015. Previous roles include Service Sales Manager, Service Manager/VA Region Account Manager, and Account Manager. Prior to joining Elevator Control Service, Mary Douglass held the position of Repair Superintendent at ThyssenKrupp and Maintenance Supervisor at Elcon Enterprises, Inc. Additionally, experience includes Sales/Service Manager and Elevator Mechanic at Millennium Elevator, Inc., as well as completing apprenticeships at KONE and Millennium Elevator. Mary Douglass holds an Associate of Science degree in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician from the College of Southern Maryland, further enhanced by a certification as an Elevator Mechanic from NEIEP. Educational background includes a high school diploma from Lackey High School.
