Dima's experience includes various internships at Robert Bosch GmbH and Hikma Pharmaceuticals, involving production planning and project management. Dima is also a member of Gain Grow Retain, a community for customer success leaders. Dima holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the German Jordanian University and has studied at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt.
