Tess Collard

Tess Collard is a co-founder of Eleven Eleven Talent, a global recruitment agency established in January 2015 that specializes in high-growth, purpose-led organizations, partnering with brands such as Wesgroup and lululemon. In addition to this role, Tess serves as a board member for the Girl In The Wild Adventure Association, focusing on HR, recruitment, and development programming. As a meditation and mindfulness teacher with Chapter Two since January 2017, Tess promotes mindfulness in the workplace to enhance performance. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Earls Kitchen + Bar, Talent Acquisition Manager at lululemon athletica, and various recruitment roles at ARAMARK Healthcare, Inventa, AppleOne, and The Wood Recruitment Group. Tess holds education credentials from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and La Trobe University.
