Cliff Johnson

Cliff Johnson has over 26 years of work experience in various roles related to technology and web development. Cliff currently serves as the Technical Lead at Eleven11 Group, a position they have held since July 2020. Prior to this, Cliff worked at Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc. for 10 years, where they held the position of Digital Director from January 2014 to May 2020. In this role, they were responsible for managing the team and overseeing all digital output and creation for the Hubbard Radio Seattle market. Cliff also served as a Senior Web Developer/Devops from July 2010 to January 2014, where they led the company's migration to a more efficient development methodology and improved the overall quality and timeliness of development projects.

Before joining Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc., Cliff worked as a Web Developer at Rock Solid Internet Systems from August 2009 to July 2010. Cliff was responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's internal PHP/MySQL-based WebShip product. Cliff also worked at LucidCommerce as a Professional Services Engineer from January 2007 to July 2009. In this role, they developed multiple programs with SQL Server based backends for vendor integrations, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.

Cliff has entrepreneurial experience as well. Cliff co-founded Cirque Marketing in August 2005, where they served as the Co-Founder & Director of Technology. The company specialized in Search Engine Marketing/Optimization and Web Development and achieved a valuation of over $500,000 before its acquisition 18 months later. In addition, Cliff worked at dMedia as the Director of Technology from March 2003 to August 2005. Cliff managed a team of developers, graphic designers, and SEO/SEM Specialists, and played a key role in expanding the company's services to include e-commerce, website design, and development.

Earlier in their career, Cliff worked at Silverline Technologies as a Senior Content Analyst from June 1998 to November 2002. Cliff served as the Project Manager for the vw.com account, setting quality and development standards, and overseeing a team of onshore and offshore staff. Lastly, they started their career at Software Etc as a Manager in 1994.
