Benjamin Malin is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in engineering and support roles. Currently serving as a Support Engineer at Eleveo since December 2020, Benjamin provides customer support for complex application and OS issues in CentOS and manages the deployment of call recording software in clustered and high-availability environments. Previously, as a Cloud Engineer at Citizens Bank from September 2019 to November 2020, Benjamin remediated AWS security violations and supported numerous Linux servers. Prior experience includes a role as Systems Engineer II at Franklin American Mortgage Company, where Benjamin managed both Linux and Windows servers in various environments, and a position as Tier II Help Desk Technician at Dell. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Game Development from Full Sail University, earned from 2007 to 2009.
