Olga Kuklova

Olga Kuklova, PMP, has extensive experience in technical support and application development, currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at PTFS, Inc. since October 2013, focusing on product support, project management, and help desk functions. Prior roles include Senior Application Developer/Business Analyst at Energy Enterprise Solutions, LLC, where contributions were made to the DOE Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy contract, and Applications Support and Maintenance Team Lead at the Department of Energy, coordinating client communication and requirement analysis. Additional experience encompasses ownership of KS Plus, Inc., development roles at NCI Information Systems, Inc., Aligned Development Strategies, and other organizations, establishing a strong foundation in software development and technical support. Olga Kuklova earned MS degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute and an A.S. in Computer Engineering from the Moscow Mathematics Technical Secondary School.
