Natallya Kramko has extensive experience in service and support, currently working at ZOOM International since August 2010. Prior to this role, Kramko served as an English-Russian translator at the children's charity fund Chance from January 2010 to June 2012, along with other translation and communication positions including work with FIT SYSTEMS and Where Minsk magazine. Kramko's earlier experience includes roles such as Assistant of Constituency Organizer for the Liberal Democrats, Communication Specialist at iCON communications, and copywriting for MoveYourWeb. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in social sciences from Tecnológico de Monterrey and another Master of Arts in International Economic and Political Studies with a focus on Intercultural Communication from Charles University, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in translation and public relations from Minsk State Linguistic University.
